J&B Farnaby has been expanding the fleet of vehicles. This time we don’t mean the vans or trucks. During the last few years we have been harvesting more turf year on year and felt we needed to freshen up the harvesting machinery. The harvester of choice this time is a Brouwer RoboMax JD Automatic Sod Harvester and my it's quite a mouthful 

One of the main reasons for choosing the RoboMax is due to the ‘narrow’ 40 cm width the turf can be harvested at. The old harvester could only harvest ‘wide’ rolls, thus making the narrow rolls easier to harvest and handle whilst maintaining our premium standards of turf in all seasons.
